HEdot is a "social innovation hub" for compassionate service.
We are a group of practitioners from the fields of social welfare, technology, social services, and innovation. Recognizing that countless charitable organizations work tirelessly yet operate in silos—with information gaps separating needs from services—we built a digital social ecosystem using a "community collaboration" approach. Our platform ensures every act of kindness is seen, every need receives a response, and charitable organizations can interact in real-time while sharing resources.

Our Origin
Research revealed:

Citizens want to participate in community service but lack guidance
Significant annual waste from duplicate procurement across organizations
These pain points gave birth to HEdot – a platform where social services and resources flow as freely as social interactions.
