Who We Are
HEdot Caring Service Network is the "Social Innovation Hub" for compassionate services – where technology becomes an accelerator for the flow of goodwill, not a replacement for humanity.
We are practitioners from nonprofit, tech, social service, and innovation fields. Witnessing how fragmented resources create information gaps between needs and services, we built a digital social ecosystem with community collaboration at its core. Here, every act of kindness becomes visible, every need receives responses, and charitable organizations interact and share resources in real-time.

    "Kindness Marketplace" for product sales by organizations, with corporate/personal sponsorship modules to create virtuous cycles.

 

Our Origin
Research revealed:

  • Small NGOs suffer low service utilization due to lack of exposure

  • Citizens want to participate in community service but lack guidance

  • Significant annual waste from duplicate procurement across organizations

These pain points gave birth to HEdot – a platform where social services and resources flow as freely as social interactions.
